Heather N. Deisher, M.D.

Originally from Missouri, Dr. Heather Deisher attended Washington and Lee University in Virginia where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. 

Dr. Deisher is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology with special clinical interest in high risk obstetrics, infectious diseases, minimally invasive surgery, rural medicine, and preventative healthcare. She enjoys developing long-term relationships with her patients and helping guide and educate them about their health concern needs in all stages of their life.

When she is not working, Dr. Deisher enjoys hiking with her dog, soccer, long-distance running, scuba diving, reading a good book, and going to the theater.
