Out of an abundance of caution, and with our utmost priority to keep patients and staff safe, our practice will be rescheduling routine annual visits and mammograms to a later time. We will continue to see obstetrical patients and problem visits. We hope to resume normal business in the next few weeks, but we appreciate your patience as we see how the COVID-19 situation evolves.
We are asking for your help with the following recommendations:
- If are currently sick, if you have traveled by air in the last 2 weeks, or if you’ve had direct contact with someone with COVID-19 virus, please reschedule your visit for a later time. Also, per CDC recommendations, please practice social distancing.
- Also, in agreement with Brookwood Hospital policy, only 1 support person will be allowed with each patient and no children under the age of 16 years old. This includes no newborns at the postpartum visit.
Thank you for your understanding. We know that this can be a stressful time for everyone. Your health is our upmost priority.
